    how many pullets did you say you had because if you have more than 1 i would guess with it being smaller that it is from one of your other pullets. mine have been getting larger every day except when they take a break.but its great you have two in a row.

    im getting 12 a day from my little girls now and 5 from big girls,pullets eggs little bigger than small eggs in store .so comical to listen to some of them cackle,ihave got 2 that have a double cackle with a hiccup at the end .i hope yours are doing better by now.good luck.keep us posted.

    i got my 12 golden comets april 27 they were 16 to18 wks old i have been getting 4 eggs since they were 20 wks old and gradually building i got ten eggs yesterday from pullets

    sorry i have not been on site lately but been busy with new job,But got my new golden comet pullets[12] last saturday been letting them roost with big girls and roo but letting stay in run during the day,they want to go out with big girls in the big lot so this morning they get there wish.

    i also have a border collie cross,most laid back dog i have ever owned she has had some training i can have her lay down,she will stay until i walk to close to a hen and flaps its wings or something and here she comes.so be carefull,keep a close eye on them it only takes a second .

    good morning,i would not trust any dog with my chickens.as in my recent post my sons dog showed no signs of agression towards my girls but she killed one now she is not let around them.good luck.
