    INTESTINES IN POOP?

I just gave them their scheduled dewormer about 1 month ago and didn't notice any worms before or after so I'm certain it isn't worms. I'm not exactly sure of who it is but I have it nailed down to one of three girls. All of them are acting normal.

    INTESTINES IN POOP?

This morning I found this in the poop board from one of my year & 1/2 old hens. I've never seen anything like it before in my 3 & 1/2 years of raising chickens. It looks like intestines. It doesn't look like the pics of intestinal lining shed on the chicken poop chart. Does anyone know...

FEEDING DILEMMA: GROWER/FINISHER OR FLOCK RAISER?

I was actually leaning toward using the Purina Flock Raiser (20% protein) because Purina's food plan leaves the pullets on the medicated chic starter/grower (20% protein) until they are ready for the layer pellets. Purina doesn't use a grower/finisher, that is why I was thinking the Purina...

FEEDING DILEMMA: GROWER/FINISHER OR FLOCK RAISER?

Kent is the brand. Also I would only be giving very little low protein food scraps.

FEEDING DILEMMA: GROWER/FINISHER OR FLOCK RAISER?

Here is my situation: I have a 2 year old laying EE that eats layer pellets, 3 nine week old EE pullets, and 2 six week old EE pullets that are just finishing up their Purina chic starter/grower (20% protein). The hen is separated w/ chicken wire from pullets but it is time to take away the...

IS MY NAUGHTY EE PULLET REALLY A COCKEREL?- PICS INCLUDED

@junebuggena : Yes probably a good idea, I just don't have the heart. We raise them as pets and are having a hard enough time giving her up but can't risk the rest of our girls. I guess we'll have to see what sex she is first then let the new owners decide her fate!

IS MY NAUGHTY EE PULLET REALLY A COCKEREL?- PICS INCLUDED

@Ol Grey Mare : over 4 sq.ft. for 3 seven day old chicks, that of of course was was a temporary brooder. The behavior (eye pecking, fuzz eating) was from day one and it progressed over six days, before they turned 2 weeks old when I placed her in isolation. Just as you mentioned I was...

IS MY NAUGHTY EE PULLET REALLY A COCKEREL?- PICS INCLUDED

They have plenty of fresh name brand chic starter, no treats except a fresh clump of grass daily, fresh ph balanced water w/ vitamins, electrolytes, and probiotics daily, plenty of room at the food and water stations, not too bright of lighting, I have a red bulb at one end of the brooder w/...

IS MY NAUGHTY EE PULLET REALLY A COCKEREL?- PICS INCLUDED

This is 3 week old Annabelle, purchased as a pullet from a feed store. She looks like a pullet to me w/ the traditional coloring, has a small comb, and thin legs. However her body is more elongated than her sisters and her tail feathers grew in so much faster than the others. I wouldn't have...

HELP- NEED A QUICK ANSWER ABOUT BROODY HEN PLEASE

Thank you for your wisdom. Can I just block off the nesting boxes, since she is the only chicken out there, instead of having to go through the crate hassle (btw I would have to purchase one)? Will that break her by forcing her to roost? @NorthFLChick: thank you for the lock idea! Why did...
