Got strange chick? Need help identifying.
Yeah. I knew it wasn't a RIR. I got them from a lady in North Lakeland, Florida. She had a large assortment of chickens and the majority were all with the same breeds. My dog is a spoiled, inside dog and won't be guarding the hen house. I have hardware cloth on top of the chicken wire going around the bottom of the coop and haven't had any probs with predators like raccoons, foxes, or possums so I hope that will be okay.
