my hen dropped dead a few days ago, she didn't have a whole lot of feathers left because other hens kept pecking at it's back, could it be a protien issue?
My buff orpington is limping around the coop. I washed off her feet and I couldn't find anything wrong with either foot, but she is still limping. I thought it might be a hurt hip, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

hmm.... well it's not THAT pink, she has no wattles yet, and seems to be a hen by her behavior. I have another americauna and her comb is not as pink as this one's and she is smaller. But I don't know because they can vary.... I also have a silverlaced wyandot and her comb is a bit pink just...
