I did not care for our Polish, although they are fun to look at they always seemed weak, nit very spirited. But, we loved the couple of black sexed linked hens we had. Hope that helps!

Sometimes we add water to our chickens feed to make a mash for them. They really enjoy it, and its a great way to keep them hydrated when the water freezes.

I adore Cackle! I try to only do business with them, would recommend them to anyone. From chicks, ducks, to turkeys I've always been very happy with them. And the cackle surprise is so much fun!

They died a couple of days after I posted, I still do not know what happened, but I think they were BBW and since I thought they were RP I didnt limit their feed, so that might have something to do with it. I have never lost a poult that late in...
