She's a standard size bird so she always seems heavy to me. It's possible she's a tad overweight but not much. This seems to be more of a balance issue though than a standing issue. She seems to be able to weight-bear no problem but she tips backwards, then falls sideways.

Update: The first case the oldest Polish hen died today. The other two are is about the same still. Still gaping and unable to walk. The second last one however was eating on its own when offered food for the first time in days.
