I just bought this one a month or so ago: Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone by Deborah Madison. LOVE IT! We are not strictly vegetarian but I want to incorporate more vegetables into our diet...and recipes help! I have a couple Moosewood cookbooks too but I like this one better.
