    I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by hatching egg ndoles and I don't know what LF means. I'm new to this. :) I hatched Araucan black breasted red and lavender. They're only Araucana and I'm keeping them separate from the other chicks I have.

    Thank you for your reply! This is a chick that I hatched from my own flock. He's still sleeping a lot and "snoring" which could be wheezing, while he sleeps, but I did get him to drink some electrolyte and vitamin mix with a dropper, and gave him some antibiotic. He actually ate a bit last night...

    White foam on egg?

    I did candle them all just before the foam started to appear, and there is a chick in there moving around. I did notice a slightly funky smell in my incubator, and assumed it was coming from some of the eggs that weren't developing. Should I take this one out even though the chick is still moving?

    I just noticed that one of the eggs in my incubator has a few small spots of foam on it. The spots are half the size of a pencil eraser. Any idea what causes this? Thanks!!
