    Thank you so much, I have 2 more roosters and 2 ducks. The ducks like to pick on him occasionally, he is the smallest of all my birds. The other roo actually protects him from the ducks.

    I just noticed my barred rock rooster's right thigh is bright red and feathers are missing there no open wounds. Is this molting? He does not have any redness anywhere else

    I had this problem with one my roosters, I suggest not run away and have shoe ready he doesnt come after us any more I also sprayed him a gosevifvhe was charging at me it worked we have come to an understanding I rule this roost! His mean period kasted about 2-3 weeks but I can puck hin up now...

    Silkie Chick Care... too young to bathe?

    I washed my White silkie when he was a week old because he had poo smeared on him I wrapped in a towel and used the blow dryer on low he loved it it calmed him down and he fell asleep during his beauty treatment. I did the same with my polish roo because of pasty.

    Our Fluff. He's sweet, silly and didnt start crowing till about 2 weeks ago. He was born in April. I have 4 roosters the other 3 started crowing in May. Im not sure why he was so delayed but we love him.
