1/4" hw cloth for bottom... not sure of gauge. Bought from home depot. After months using it, some craps don't fall down and became hard enough to pick by hand (+gloves lol). Also feathers or whatever stuck around. Kind of hard to clean. I wonder if I should just go full sand?

Not really showing pens but I just love how they sand bath. Cage is 1/2" hardwire cloth on sides, 1/4" hw cloth on bottom and wood (cushioned) top. Regular box nothing fancy. Nothing automatic (still using g.pig drinkers etc).

She is now eating main food. Yay. I did buy valbazen 60mL anyway. 1/2 mL per hen once, orally, and then again after 10 days. Throw all eggs from day 1 to day 20 (or is it 24?) Where's that thread with picture on how to administer this orally to chickens...

$10 shipping. If it doesn't expire, I would buy the 1000mL one, but it does expire. I only have 8 chickens which means I need only 8mL per 6 to 12 months. Yes, I'm cheap but they don't lay golden eggs either.

Well after 4-5 days of corid, she looks better. She has been moving more, foraging and even running. She however still does not want to eat the main food that the other 7 eat like there's no tomorrow. She eats bagel, rice, bread. Still no eggs. What should I do? Separate, give food+water...

Doubt that he was hand raised. I do see an improvement compare to day 1: now he wants to eat millet spray when I stick it close to him (but not when it's on my palm). Slowly but surely I guess.
