    I just recently bought a new cochin hen and her old owner that had her told me she was laying almost everyday she had 13 eggs! It's been almost a week since I got her and I've yet to see a egg!! Could it be cuz their coop and run are almost in all shade all day long now!?? I mean it's not...

    Even if they were hatched from incubator they still have the broody gene ?? I heard unless they were hatched from a hen they'll go broody , incubator chicks don't ?? Is that true ??

    Guess I spoke too early guys!!!! I came home from work today to 2 little fuzzy balls of cuteness!!!!!!! Omg !! I'm sooo happy!! Hopefully more hatch but if not something's something!! Thank u guys!!

    My oegb hen went broody on 12 eggs and it's been 2 days after due date for babies to hatch but none hatched!!! The hen is still sitting on the eggs but I'm afraid no babies will be born!! :( would it be smart to buy some babies and sneak them under at night??? Plz help??? I was hoping for babies...

    Thanks guys so. I guess I have 1 Dutch x ?? And a serama roosters :) thyre best friends and get along really well !! They are my fav roosters !! What color legs should a Japanese have ?? I have two supposive Japanese hens but they have dark colored legs ?
