Yeah, the whole right side of the box is fairly cool compared to the left. I keep checking on them and will let them dictate the position of the lights. So far they seem good, they have all spread out since the picture.

Thank you everyone!!! I found out the little black and white/yellow ones are Anconas. A lot of these little babes went to their new homes so I have another assortment coming next week! Cant wait to see whats in this shipment as mid February is when Ideal starts hatching their "speciality" breeda. :)
