We are experiencing the same situation. 2 hens died 6-8 weeks ago. We sanitized the coop. All seemed fine but our flock of 16 essentially stopped laying. 1 egg per day. And anothe hen was dead this morning. :/

We would be willing to take one. We live in Sherborn and have a mixed flock of 19 hens. We have had one mean rooster, but we are willing to try again.

Hi MA BYC members. I am looking for a chicken vet in the Natick/Framingham are. Worcester works, too. Any suggestions? I have a sick chicken. :(

Hi All. We live in the Natick area and have a hen with prolapse. We would like to see if we can save her, though cost is a consideration. Anyone know of a good chicken Vet? I also work in Worcester, so could head easily in that direction, too. Many thanks in advance!
