    Sorry for the late reply, had a busy couple of days. Sadly the chick didn't make it, he seemed to be getting weaker and weaker, and finally passed a few days after hatching.

    Hey, thanks for responding. The egg is at a bad angle, so I couldn't take any pictures worth showing, however I could see that it stopped foaming at the beak. I'll check on it tomorrow, hopefully it survives till then.

    Not really sure, I got them from a breeder and she wasnt sure which chickens they came from. Thats kind of what I thought. I have 6 chicks at the moment and am going to be giving half away to a friend this saturday ( they will be house chickens so I can't have that many living in the house...
