Hiya, so my broody Serama frizzle is currently laying on 7 eggs. I candled them for signs of development at day 17, and they were all right on track. It is now day 22, and I hear no peeping, and there are currently no pips, any advice?

First question----Are you sure you are on day 22? (some people count the day they set as day one, but that is day zero. Day one is 24hrs after they were set.
Did you set the eggs under her at the same time that she is setting on?

I sure would advice you to not be tilting/looking under her during this hatch time---the Humidity she has built up is very important for the hatch and can/will escape if removed or tilted. My many broody hens are Hands Off for sure the last 3 days---really more. Every broody hen I have set---(72 just in 2015 alone) have had a Great hatch.

Yes, I am certain she is on day 22. I have peeked under her earlier very briefly, but I won't again now, that I have heard some opposing it.

OK---give her some time---is all I can say at this time. Something had to happen for them to not be hatched.

Just for info--Out of the 150+ I set in just 3 years every hen was hatched and off the nest on day 22.
