  15. Lucky. Unfortunately , we had to give Lucky away because he became too aggressive over time and was attacking us. We could not break him, but Luckily, ;) we found a great home for him. And because MaryAnn loved him so much, she left also.

    Hello! All my girls were brought home from an egg farm, except the one with a baby (second pic) She just showed up one day and made home. I think she might be a Rhode Isalnd Red? And the black one maybe a Cochin but really not sure. Any thoughts or guesses would be appreciated.

    Do Chicks Usually Lay on Their Sides?

    One of my hens just had four chicks and they started doing this. It would have freaked me out too if one of my other hens didn't do the same thing. I was actually just worried about her last week bc she was doing this lol. Byc really helps put you at ease.
