Play sand, construction sand, natural sand, etc. So confused!!
This is great to hear. I plan on doing this with my ducks and possibly chickens. How deep have you all made the sand so that everything drains well? I will have to purchase sand though but wondering what everyone uses? I hear a lot of people say about quarries. I have one close but not sure if...- especk14

Do you use just sand in your runs? I am in the process of building our chicken and duck areas and was wanting to do this for at least the ducks if not both. What are your thoughts. I would actually have to go buy the sand though- especk14

New duck mommy with a question about ground covering
