    Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

Hi all. This weekend weather was lovely and I spent a lot of time outdoors and hanging out with the flock. Now we have dreary drizzly weather. I can't wait for the temps to stay up. I'm getting pretty eager to have the babies out of the house and into the coop. My DH ordered me an...

    Good morning!

Thanks for the warm welcome :-) I love the assortment of ladies I have. I can see how easy it is to become a collector of sorts. This year I found out how fun it is to have a broody girl, too. It's better than Christmas and we treat her like a queen when she's sitting on the eggs.

We bought a house outside of Nebagamon so I could have my garden near the house and we could get some chickens. The snow finally melted...

Good morning. I joined BYC recently and wanted to introduce myself to the other cheeseheads on the board. :-) I'm in the Lake Nebagamon area. I've had chickens for almost a year. This year we brought home some turkeys and more guineas.

    Good morning!

Good morning everyone. I recently *officially* joined the forums after gleaning tons of useful information for the last year. Thank you! I brought my first ladies home about a year ago and currently have a menagerie of babies in the house until the weather warms up and they are old enough to...
