    WEIRD or ODD Eggs pics!!!! :)

    After a major (110) degree ha heat wave, my girls haven't laid in 2 weeks. Today, we got 4 eggs total from our 5 hens. The speckled one is LONG and skinny and the chicken was obviously very proud of herself. She made her happy sound for probably 10 minutes afterwards!

    Me too...but not for a while here now. The chicks we have now are growing so very ow and I know it's from this ridiculous heat wave. I live on a farm and my Dad and Brother raise cattle... The calves they had born recently are lagging behind with my biddies. Too hot to even grow....
