    Really any chemical not used as directed is a violation of federal law, its states this on all chemical packaging, even bleach I think.

    What part of Oklahoma on you in? Some towns and cities have compost facilities you might be able to take it there but would cover it with leave or grass. Most don't want you to have one in town due to the smell the put off, I have tried to make my own with mulched leaves and grass to pile it up...
