Paid twice that for mine and love it! I put several layers of newpapers on "droppings" tray and cover with thin layer of cat litter-keeps odor down. I detached roof, used clip light to accommodate 250 watt red bulb, and used 3 of those inexpensive sliding window screens on top-voila! Last year...
