Injured chick in Tyler/ whitehouse area!
Last night something tried to get one of my baby chicks through the fence... Her wing is badly injured and I'm not sure if it's an injury she will survive! Well we first noticed lots of open mouth breathing accompanied by a loud phlegm filled chirp. The naked neck went down within hours of noticing anything wrong. :( The next day our second silkie chick "in the pic" started showing the same symptoms.
