You certainly can,but the hen must be broody. In other words some hens occasionally have the hormone change and and natural inclination to "set". Read up on broody hen.

My chickens like the rain too. Especially when it's warm and hasn't rained in a while. I think it's normal and you have nothing to worry about.

this is my Glw #3. I think he is a cockerel but I'm not sure. Mainly I believe this because he has the 2nd most comb out of the 6. Also because he is like a bull in a china shop. Any thoughts or opinions on sex? He is 9 weeks and 2 days. Sorry for duplicate pics this phone drives me crazy.
