You need to isolate the infected birds, you should check the air ways and clean the air ways with cotton and iodine and remove any scabs that may blocking it. The scabs can be a platform for secondary...
My hen started out with a bump on her eye lid and I was going to see if it would just go away and now it has broken out on all her face and some of them look like scabs
Those are Cornish Cross chicks, one cockerel, one pullet. They if you plan on keeping them, their feed needs to be strictly controlled and you need to encourage them to move around as much as possible.

What do I feed them? Normal chicken food and are they a breed with specific needs
i got a couple of chicks from a store called gecko. They normally sell little baby chicks but thi said they had a couple that were a little older in the back. I assumed they would tell me if either of them were roosters since we can't have them in Dallas but they old me they didn't know anything...

I'd go ahead and start a new thread to get experts to try and help I'm not sure what that poop is, it honestly doesn't look very bad to me but I only know so much.
Haha I shouldve read it before I sent it. I was asking if you have dewormed them, and you could give them antibiotics like sulmet but I'm not sure if it's a good idea with how old they are so I'd ask someone. Can you send a picture of their poo
Have you demoted them yet? I'm for sure if it okay since they are young but I think it might be fine I'd check though to give them done antibiotics can you send a pic of the poo also is her crop full?
What do you mean by her vent it swollen is it prolapsed? Also you can tell she egg bound if you feel inside her vent (in know it's awkward) and feel a broken egg in there
I am really sorry, one of mine just died two night ago from worms and a prolapsed vent. The summer is a rough time and sometimes there's nothing you can do.
