Feel free to laugh-I did. I got my first ever chicks this spring from Tractor Supply-6 sex link hens. Now, 10 weeks and a beautiful chicken yard/house later, they are CROWING. Now, I am new to chickens, but I'm pretty sure hens don't do that! So much for eggs in the nest boxes this summer...
