Hi everyone! Though my DH and I have lived in the country for 30 years, we are new to chickens. We got 9 sex linked hens and 3 as yet to be determined black and white chickies. Who knew chickens were so much fun?

In addition to the chickens, we have 3 horses, 6 dogs, 10 cats, and a parrot. I am seriously dedicated to my horses and riding.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I look forward to learning more about chicken keeping and making lots of new friends!
