I have 5 beautiful and sweet roosters in need of forever homes. 4 of them are brothers so if your looking to have more than one rooster for your flock they would be a great choice since they’ve all grown up together and get along. All of them will eat from your hand, and 3 of them are even sweet...

Haha, me too! Have you gotten snow with those temps? Yes, ours are molting too, you’d think with 40 birds you’d still get enough eggs, but we’re only getting 4 at the most right now.

Yep they are going down too! The weather is amazing! We had our first rainfall since summer a week ago. Our temps aren’t going down that low, but wish they were. :)

About 40... way to many, but it seems harder to part with the older ones this time, and we had to get new layers to keep the egg production up. How about you?

Yay! Congratulations! It’s always eggciting once you get new layers. It’s like the hard work of raising them has finally paid off.

Well we have a wide variety of hawks that live in our area, some that just wanted a quick snack would come down and take off with one of our banties so quick I couldn’t get a look. Because of these instances only our big birds can free range... but even occasionally if a hawk is hungry enough...
