pullets have really round crests and roosters have a crazy crest. Im thinking the little one is going to be a rooster :-)

They will keep growing until they hit a year old. Mine are between 1 to 3lbsish. hard to keep them still when they are older

One of the best ways i have been told to tell the gender is the Pullets will have a ROUND crest and the cockerels will have CRAZY crests lol

it seems like most times we end up with 50% tolbunt 50% the other color then we have the Frizzle gene also (never breed frizzle to frizzle) So we get 50% smooth and 50% frizzle :-) its alot to learn about Genetics . The 2 silvers we have not gotten anymore from any of our hatches(YET)

They are pure breeds they are silver laced :-) but the parents are not silver AT ALL lol
