Thanks!! No one has complained about our rooster who calls all day long! So, I can give it a try!!
I would like to get pheasant also! I love my few chickens I have!
I planned on a coop and a run. Each lot has an acre Nd we are in the county so there are no laws against it, but I am only concerned about one neighbor. Do they Hollar at night or is it just during the day?
Thank you!!
She is something for sure. She didn't even bother to talk to us before calling the sherif. We have lived here for 11 years and never had issues with a neighbor like this. She is aweful
That is the other thing I am worried about. Sadly the lady has some issues... I love my little feather friends!!
Thanks for the advise on the clipping. I will look up how to do it.
We may have to clip the wings. The lady wouldn't take eggs. She complained about our kids being on the shared driveway. She also does other strange things. Driving her car into her yard to avoid people outside. Parking and putting her windshield screen up and hiding in her car until people...
So,
While I was out brining my cushions in for a storm. A sheriff pulled up, apparently my neighbor had called and complained about my chickens. They like to hop the fence every once in a while. Like twice now. They usually head to a neighbor who loves them, but ended up in the neighbors...
Yes, they should be around 5 months old. Photo was taken the day I posted it. I can let them out to peck around a try and get some better photos. My mom is getting her chickens on Mother's Day and I really hate to give her two cockerels and one pullet!! :(
Thank y'all
Thank you all! I have assorted bantam! I am on the name that chick forum right now

Here are a few more shots
The indoor cat in the background is not able to get to the chicks. We are keeping them in the garage and I have them in for a little bit right now.
My phone is taking horrible pictures right now.
