Moms chickens:boy or girl?

I bought these 3 "hens", but two are starting to look more like roosters. Can anyone tell me what they are?

The vendor said they were buff orpingtons.

Can you get a photo in better lighting? Individual shots that show each bird in it's entirety are helpful. I am not seeing BO, but not sure what I *am* seeing from just this photo. How old are these birds?

So they *should* be about 5 months old at this point - is the photo current for that age or was it taken previously at a different age?

Yes, they should be around 5 months old. Photo was taken the day I posted it. I can let them out to peck around a try and get some better photos. My mom is getting her chickens on Mother's Day and I really hate to give her two cockerels and one pullet!!
