    Hi, Our schools cockrell is coming up to 16 weeks old, I've noticed 'melted chocolate' like diorrhea and but also it seems to be off its legs a lot. I initially thought it was bumble foot but the diarrhea with it makes me think it could be something more sinister. The hen is very happy and healthy.

    hi all. I'm new to this site and just wanted to introduce myself. I've kept chickens for a few years. I've mainly had aracarnas and white stars but this year I've helped at my daughter's school to incubate and hatch some chicks as part of their farm topic. the kids have loved it.

    please help. I'm not sure what to do with this chick? it's not spraddle leg, the chick took three days to hatch. it keeps flopping to its side and holding its leg out behind it. it seems like it's coming from its hip and that's making its leg twist. has anyone seen this before and knows what...

    I've helped my daughter's school hatch some chicks.the last one to hatch, which took almost three days to come out has got a weird leg. it can't stand up and falls over to the side. it's not spraddle leg for sure abd I've checked for the tendon problem. it looks as though it's hip is poking out...
