First time hatcher has a problem

please help. I'm not sure what to do with this chick? it's not spraddle leg, the chick took three days to hatch. it keeps flopping to its side and holding its leg out behind it. it seems like it's coming from its hip and that's making its leg twist. has anyone seen this before and knows what can be done? thanks

It could be neurogical damage unfortunately. The hip also could be dislocated. I would place it in a chick sling or chair, and place food and water within reach. Here are 2 examples:
