    lol, the water that they were just in raised the humidity up just fine. I'm not touching them for a week, theyre going back into lockdown. if by that week they havent hatched, does it mean the project has been a bust, or is there a possibility of chicken eggs having a day 28?

    about 27 minutes ago is officially overdue, and we did the water test. 7 out of our 8 eggs are viable!!! and i think we had a few rock! its kind of exciting. but we forgot to dry them off, so i hope its not too humid in there . keep your eyes on that webcam! we're giving them till next...

It's hard adjusting the humidity, I added plenty of moisture to the little paper towel last night and it was stil under 60 (we're using a small circular moisture needle sensor that came with the incubator, I wish we got a better one), just added moisture...
