here is the new addition to the coup

new pics of all the feathered friends oh and i upgraded the coup too to incorporate a 60 degree peaked roof and perch at the top now its still in the summer look and during the winter ill be adding couragated panels for wind and snow protection as well as another nesting/sleeping box bringing...

so ive been working on a 6 gallon waterer made of a 6 gallon bucket but i cant seem to get it to stop emptying what can i do ?

sorry i didnt get pictures lol i was to bussy trying to get them in the coup and yes water rolling off there backs like it was nothing and the chickens were being well chicken lol

ok in kansas right now its storming and i went out to make sure that chuck and aflac was in the coup and i found them happily swimming in there pool. lol

oh cool ill have to look into that but i was wanting something that could do for a few days since me and the wife are going on a trip at the end of june

question im looking to make a chicken feeder and waterer what would you all suggest ?

oh i did add a pitched roof to the coup at 60 degrees it makes the rain roll off like no other. ontop of that it gives the coup another 1.5 feet of hight which is where there new nesting area is gonna go unless thats not a good idea ??

well im not quite sure how it happened i was in the front yard for 3 mins and came back to find one floating dead and one on the brink of drowning but i did save one and shes doing so much better.happy and playfull. what i was gonna do was add an addition to the coup to alow a pool in it but not...

jackie was very cold when i got her out but i put her under a heat lamp and brought her inside and shes fine now a little water logged but fine. but poor martha she will be missed terribly i gave her a burial this morning and shes happy where she is now..... im gonna miss that funny chicken....

well ive tried herding them and that didnt work at all lol so i guess ill have to try and catch them. any other suggestions

stage two on the pond is done i put a 7 mil clear liner in the pond and filled it but the ducks still havent a clue what to do with it. stage three is rocks and pump ill have pics up when the rain stops
