    I have zucchini' pumpkin , tomatoes, squash, and cucumbers in my garden. My question is when my harvest is done and I tear all the plants out and before I put the in the compost box can the chickens eat the leaves and stems. Are any of those plants hazardous to the chickens.

    They are all sexualy active, when the rooster grabs them by the neck they squat and he does his duty, then they shake all there feathers. so maybe I'll try locking them in till late day and see what happens. thank you.

    They came from privet hatcheries in New Mexico who breeds Jersey Giants and Iowa blues I guess its possible I ended up with all Iowa blues I bought them at D&B supply which is a reputable company I would assume

    It won't let me upload pics sometimes it will sometimes it wont but as soon as I can I'll send a pic pretty sure the New Jersey Giants they're very big and very black the combs are mostly black what some pink at the top of the head
