It just happened like less than hour ago. I'm thinking she might feel better once she's calmed down a little bit and then she can see if she's really injured.

She drank some water and has a towel under her now but as you can see other than not being able to stand she looks fine

Update: my friend texted me and said she tries getting her to stand she flops down and almost does a somersault attempting to stand up. She also seems like she may be in shock.

This morning I went outside to feed my silkies and one of them was laying in her nesting box with her head tucked underneath of her, dead. She seemed perfectly fine yesterday and I'm just wondering if anyone knows what the cause of this could have been? Thanks.

My girls got all their favorites today-watermelon, a few wineberries and romaine lettuce. Unfortunately one of my silkies thought my nail polish on my toes was watermelon. It was not a fun time for me and my feet. LOL

It's wineberry season and I've got a lot growing in my yard. The chickens aren't able to get to them but there were a few berries with lots of holes in them from bugs so my grandfather threw them in with my silkies. They're very picky when it comes to food but absolutely went crazy for them...
