I'm just curious--has anyone ever butchered Guineas? I'm sure they'd be similar to chickens, but I wonder what they would taste like. Possibly like a pheasant?
I was just wondering the same thing myself. We have a turkey that will become Thanksgiving Dinner who has cut his foot on something. Was thinking of spraying his cleaned foot with Blukote just to be safe.
