Yup, I bought it off eBay. Mine, the huminity level most of the time is above 80%. I have to open the top lid a little so the huminity level can drop down to 55%-65%.
It turns just fine. I've tested it by pressing RESET button. But, the incubator is pre-programmed turning the eggs every 2hrs, which it doesn't turn at all. The countdown clock gets to 0 min and nothing happens. I have to manually turn by pressing RESET button each time.
