MistyandLuna, Nothing else but I did notice before she died she drank a lot, she went off her food and I couldnt get her to eat but all she did was drink. He is drinking a lot but thats normal for him and he is eating but is not cleaning him self proplery as a lot of his feathers look scraggy... -

MistyandLuna Thank you for answering, water is good tank water always fresh in where he sleeps, but I found some water in a container which was dirty with all the other wild ducks ect were drinking from it, he has been drinking from it also, just found that out a few days ago, so I removed it... -
Sick Gander.
My goose is a 12 years old farm goose. He is eating and drinking but has been eating a lot of dirt and sand, I wormed him a few days ago. His legs are shakey, don't know how long before he can't walk any more, his mate died 3 years ago of much the same symptoms. Been giving him Probiotic powder... -
Old Chooks
Does anyone know how old chooks get as we have 2 left and they must be at least 10 years old as they came with the house when we bought it in 2007 and they were 2 years old then. We aren't going to get any more chickens until they depart as they are to bossy.- poppins

Mallard ducks
I have 2 Mallard ducks, one of them we got a few months ago now attacks my young goose as soon as he sees it and chases it from the dam and is very aggressive, all are male birds. Its middle of winter here in Australia, do you think its just the breeding season as he is in full color. I might... -

Thank you All. I went down to the dam twice a day and fed the goose and then I showed it some grain bread and it came right up to me and after a few days of that it came close enough for me to grab it and now its wings are clipped and back with its dad.- poppins
