So, of course now that everyone pointed out my hens are roosters, their wattles and combs suddenly become huge and they are chasing what I hope are actually hens around constantly. Sigh.

Do you have pics of the flight pens? It sounds amazing and the scale is hard to visualize. The pheasant hen is beautiful; are pheasants dificult to raise? Hope that's not a stupid question, but I only have chickens. I love those turkeys! I have had the chance to watch wild turkeys in my town...
Oh no...roosters? I wasn't sure; their wattles didn't show for a good while. None of the chickens are laying yet; they are about 16 weeks old. Thanks all for the input.
