If we have a rooster we can't keep him. We live in the city limits that don't allow it. We are located in Warner Robins Ga. Would anyone like to add this sweet chick to your family?
Ours is smaller and built for just a few chickens to live in the city. I used a 4 inch PVC pipe to make an auto feeder that holds about a months supply of food and an automatic watering bowl with a float switch.
Hi everyone,
We recently hatched a single chick and are raising it in a coop we built in the backyard. We are considering a second hen to keep the first company. I grew up keeping hens but it's been years since I've owned one. I'm mostly familiar with Reds and Plymouths but have had a few others.
We hatched a single chick with no idea what the parents look like and need help identifying the sex and breed. Does anyone know? He/she is two months old.
