Free White Plymoth Rock Roo...Tolland CT

Free white plymoth rock roo to a good home. He is 3.5-4mo old. I'm a first time chicken owner, and he was supposed to be a girl. I'm so new to this it scares me a bit, that he could become aggressive, and the mating is so violent. As I do not want to hatch baby chicks I would rather not have him.

First time chick owner, surprise I have a rooster!

Thank you. His demeanor is acceptable now, but I'm unsure when the hormones and the mating start? He is a white plymouth rock. My hens are silver cuckoo maron, RI red, & a white plymoth rock.

First time chick owner, surprise I have a rooster!

This is Dixie, I got 6 chicks in June supposed to be all girls, but Dixie is definitely a rooster. Who knew? I'm looking for info on benifits of owning a roo, but I guess it comes down to the personality of the roo?
