    Chickayne's claw is broken. I'm not sure what happened but the claw is set facing directly down and is not healed. There's no resetting it.     Do nothing! Make sure the duckling is safely in the incubator by itself and allow it to absorb the yolk. My Welsh had the same thing occur after hatching from the wrong end and is alive and well. Once it absorbs it will naturally dry and detach.
