    Found this yeaterday afternoon. Exactly 21 weeks to the day This afternoon i found another. Both were on the floor of the coop at base of nesting boxes. Next challenge is getting them to lay in there. Golf balls are already in place. Hoping the next four girls start following this one layer

    I got my first egg today!! I can't believe how excited I was. I didn't even have nest boxes ready yet. I've lined the boxes and put the egg and some golf balls in them to encourage the others. Any other advice??
