    Hi All, I have been a proud chicken owner for many years and would like to try to add a couple of ducks to my flock. Is this possible? Do they they typically get along? I only want two. Can I have two females or is it better having one of each?

    How is your weather? I have seen this before when frost bite is thawing. I know our weather is cold and warms up fast then cold again. Obvisouly the other posts are a possibility too.

    I Can't Handle All These Broodies!!

    I understand that! I have total of 7 including my rooster and I only built my coop for 6. I didn't realize my girls were Broody until they were sitting on them for a couple days and then I faced the ethical decision of taking them away. Which I decided I couldn't live with so here we go...

    My Rooster deffinatley knows his name - granted it is Roo or his fancy name is Mr. Roopy pants. But if I call his name he will come running. Well of course he could just come running because I was calling but it makes me feel better to think he knows his name. They do know one word - DINNER!v
