Well I was watching my Ringnecks this afternoon and I discovered that one of them possibly has spurs,( just little bumps) and I was wondering If he might be a rooster.! The other one has nothing on its hind legs as far as I can see All their feathers are EXACTLY the same

I have a couple of baby Ringnecks that already have their feathers and they are all over the pen as wild as can be, whenever I feed and water them they try to fly and hit the top of the pen w/ their head, and they run out of the way really fast,just all over the place....So my question is...
