Please think twice before "supplementing" with fluoride. Fluoride is linked to lowered IQ, cancer, and dental fluorosis (enamel defects), etc. It does not have to be swallowed, it is only useful for teeth as a topical application. It is also no longer considered safe for babies...
let me give you the details of what the chicks and the adults will look like.
chicks at 3 weeks old will have a puffy tail, a noticable beard and muffs and just maybe a little raising of the feathers on its head.

Zygotes can have the DNA ripped out of them, and then diff dna thrown in there. It's really easy to do if you have a microscope and a pipette. But then, the egg shell would be unusable, so another container would have to be used. You could even inject like guinea fowl dna into a chicken cell...
I've heard it can take up to a week. But if you want to be sure, just crack one open after you have seen him mate with her. look for a light yellow dot on the top of the yolk. If its fertile, it will be similar to a bullseye. if its not it will just be a dot, or not there at all.

why would you move the eggs if they are just dirty. She won't abandon them. In fact you should have just left them there. Broodies do a much better job than bators in my experience.
