I had three chicks die from coccidiosis. I bought Corid and am treating them and my older flock. They seem like they might be ok. Well, our young cats got a hold of the the 3 chicks that died before I could dispose of them and ate them! Will they get get coccidia from the dead chicks? I feel...
Thank you! I got the silkie for my 3 year old daughter so I don't want anything happening to her. Does it matter if they are free range? Mine roam all day and then are in the coop at night.
I have a small flock of 5 LF hens and one silkie hen. I just got a LF BR rooster and was wondering if he might hurt the silkie hen? I'm new to the chicken world so I didn't know if he would hurt her if he bred with her.
I have 2 BRs that are about 8 weeks old. One I think for sure is a girl but the other one likes to pick fights and attack the other pullets.
