    This assumed male is a 13 week EE and Red sex linked mix. It has no signs of saddle or hackle feathers though. Should it not be developing those at this point if it is a cockerel?

    In your experience, are the roosters bullied more than the hens when they are getting established in the flock? It's mother has left it on its own now and they are really putting this baby in its place.

    Fingers crossed for that. And, you are absolutely right. They were called sex linked when I got them at Tractor Supply. They were our first birds so forgive my ignorance. You know your stuff. Thanks for the help.
