Ive had 2 chicks hatch last night.. 1 starting slowly to zip finally.. I think. One other pip. When should I move the first 2 chicks into brooder under heat lamp? The first hatched around 10pm last night and the 2nd was between 1-3am. I know it's a personal choice and everyone does it different...

Ok thanks, yes I had also tried the other end and can see the air cell but it's super hard to tell.. I guess I'll just keep it in just in case!

Day 18 just candled this green egg.. My first hatch (or hopeful hatch lol) To me it looks empty???

In case anyone comes across this post this chicken was in deed moulting! She has now gotten most of her feathers back!
